ProWrite Blog Template License Agreement

TL;DR;

  • Personal License: Build unlimited blogs as an individual.
  • Team License: Build unlimited blogs as a team.

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ProWrite, represented by Alamin Shaikh (contact), and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the ProWrite blog template (the "Product") available at https://prowrite.app/ (the "Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal License

ProWrite grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to use the ProWrite blog template, under the following terms:

  • Create unlimited blogs.
  • Build and develop blogs for personal or commercial use.

1.2 Team License

ProWrite grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Team License to use the ProWrite blog template, under the following terms:

  • Create unlimited blogs.
  • Build and develop blogs as part of a team.
  • Share the code with other team members for collaborative use. 2.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

  • Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the ProWrite blog template.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the ProWrite blog template.
  • Use the ProWrite blog template in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the ProWrite blog template or any rights granted under this Agreement.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

ProWrite retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the ProWrite blog template. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights to the template.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

THE PROWRITE BLOG TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROWRITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROWRITE BLOG TEMPLATE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Bangladesh.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensee and ProWrite regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or warranties.
